Founded in 2013, Sterling Allied has transitioned from building small villas to large scale industrial projects.
We pride ourselves with a proven track record of successful projects ranging in sizes from $1 – $15 million in the residential sector and $2m – $5m in industrial projects. Sterling’s current & future project portfolio covers over 1,000,000 square feet of space, developments include: luxurious villas in Palm Jumeirah (Dubai, UAE), modern houses in Islamabad, state of the art factories and showrooms in NIP Karachi, and housing societies across Pakistan.
Geographic development across strategic target markets that are customer led, combined with product innovation, such as co-branded developments with recognised brands, ensure that the company is well equipped for future growth.

Sterling Allied Capital consists of a highly skilled management team and committed shareholders. We are spearheaded by a management team of directors and senior managers with substantial experience in the construction industry, as well as in marketing, human resource management, company administration, corporate finance, legal and accounting. We draw our knowledge and skills from both local and international experience.
